Anyone know why my honeysuckle isn't growing?

Question:

Answers:
Is it in the shade as they are plants that like a little sunshine but prefer the shade, also could be this weird weather we are having as my tree is not doing too good either .Used to be full of blossom.

It depends on where you planted it, how long ago, how you planted it and how often you attend to it - like water and feed it, etc.

From your question I can only guess that it's dead.
Just decide that its in the wrong place and it'll grow so voraciously that you'll never be able to get rid of it!
because of the wether you need some sun
You have possibly cut back on the old wood (previous years growth). I believe you should only trim back the current years growth.
