Okay Im a little confused. Are you looking to transport a house to a different location or looking to build a home out of recycled materials? Moving a house can be VERY VERY expensive in some cases more expensive then the house itself is worth. Only way to figure out the cost of moving a house is to call a local home moving company and ask.
