Dual reclining loveseat - uneven cushions?
Question:I recently purchased a La-Z-Boy dual reclining loveseat. I noticed that the seat on the left sticks out about an inch more than the one on the right. I think that in the manufacturing process, the fabric on the seat on the right was sewn a little tigher than the seat on the left. It's not very obvious and both seats are just comfortable. I didn't notice this "defect" until about 3 weeks after I had it. Should I call the store and have them come look at it or is this something that is an acceptable variation?
Answers:
Either two different people upholstered it when it was getting made which to me sounds like whats happened or they have cut the fabric wrong and over compensated when sewing it up to hide the mistake I do upholstery at taff, ring the manufacturer if your not happy as this will become more noticeable as it ages and the foam starts to flatten out.you should have a warranty but good luck trying to get them to understand your not happy don;t leave it to long or your chances will decrease getting anything done.
Call the store. It's unacceptable.
they are warrantied and it could be an adjustment.
