I guess it would be if someone to press the issue. Criminal mischief, trespassing, Littering, defacing of private property. I'm sure there are a few more. Best bet is to let a sleeping dog lay. But if the dog is awake and wants to bit YOU than do the right thing and pick up the mess and apologise. Just a suggestion. Stay Out of trouble and have a good day
