Auto insurance (your old policy may not be effective in a new area, especially if you are moving out of state - they may not "do business" in that state).
Magazines and any other subscriptions.

Easiest thing to do is get the major things changed, which it appears that you have. Then, do a temporary forward order at the post office (don't do the 12-month permanent one as your junk mail will follow you, too. But, do the 90-day temp one, junk mail isn't forwarded and the junk mail companies don't get your new address as soon as they do if the mail is forward to you at your new address. Takes 'em a year to find you. LOL!) Anyway, as you get mail with the little yellow forward labels on them, just use that as a reminder to update your address with them.
medical info
your mail, health insurance
Also don't forget to file a change of address with the Post Office. That will save you tons of grief. They forward your mail to your new address for a year. So if you overlook changing your address with someone, their letter will be forwarded to you with one of those yellow stickers that tells you to inform them of the address change.
Pension plan, if any
Insurance (health, auto)
eBay, PayPal, etc., if you use those
