Did you have a kewl treehouse when you were a kid? Wish you still had one to get away sometimes?

Question:

Answers:
Yes and we have one now! We built a "tree deck" with railings, a covered roof and a winding staircase around a huge cedar stump on our property that over-looks a creek.

We had built it for our grandkids but they relocated out of state. It has turned out to be a terrific "wildlife" observation platform and we are constantly up there watching and taking pictures. Animals rarely look up above eye level or over-head so they pass right by us undetected.

Us 'old folks' are still kids at heart!

Not a tree house, but there was an old underground cellar. It was awesome
One year we visited Hemingway's house in Fla. His work studio was upstairs surrounded by large windows on three sides which looked right into the middle of trees. The trees were very close to the house and could be touched from the windows. Felt just like a tree-house. Very pretty.
