My Neighbor Has Roaches?
Question:&& occassionally we get them, but we keep them off w. compacks. I don't think she keeps her house clean nor tries to keep them away w. compacks like we do every 3 months. I HATE bugs esp. roaches b.c they multiply. Our house isn't infested w. them, like our neighbor's house might be in a few more years, but how should we keep them from coming?? Have you ever had them?
Ps. We just moved into a newly rented house in the inner city & our neighbor moved into the unit a month early than us & now her house is an attraction for roaches. && don't give me any adivice like 'go talk to her about this...' b.c she wouldn't want to hear about it.

The Boric Acid works very well. Also, using Bay Leaves in the drawers and cupboards repels the bugs. You may need to fog your apartment once or twice a year (usually in the Spring and Fall). Does the owner fumigate before a new person moves in? Offer that suggestion.
Check for solutions that are also good for the environment. I am starting to do that now. Lizards will keep the bugs down.

First off you have roaches too. Your situation isn't as bad. Lucky you. Continue what you are doing.
Hawaii everyone has them. EVERYWHERE.
I would recommend getting one of those puff cans, fill it with boric acid and line the doors, windows, under the sinks and along the wall trim, and it lasts for a long time. We had neighbors in Houston once with Roaches so bad they were falling off the door jams when they opened the door, we did the above and didn't have a problem amazingly enough.
