Does anyone know how to stop noise from noisy neighbors?
Question:I live in a city apartment and the licensed venue across the road is very noisy Friday and Saturday nights. Have thought about covering windows in foam but that would block the awesome view I have.

Complain Complain Complain! Get some good ear plugs.
See if there is anything the city can do to limit the noise after a certain hour. There might be some kind of hidden ordinance that may help you.
drown it out with music,fans, etc.
if the above answers don`t work, don`t stay home on the weekends go to that place, get a few drinks, become a regular and before you know it the music will not bother you in the least.
