I have about 4 tonne of hardcord /cement ideal for a farmer or builder want to get rid cant afford a skip?

Question:it also has a lot of bricks amongts it ,smashed up the front of my garden any builders you know of or farmers ive been told that it would come in hand for them .

Answers:
Put it in the local paper ads. "free hard cord , taker to remove themselves " or something like that . We did it and it was gone within 3 hours of the paper going out .

Offer it on Freecycle

www.freecycle.org
Advertise it for free on freecycle.org it will be gone in no time. <GB>
If you are going to stick to the letter of the law then unless you take it a couple of bags at a time to your local tip you might find you are stuck with it. Rubbish is big money now days and you have to be licenced to transport it. (Hardcore is rubbish)
Could try an add in the local free paper or shop window. What about a rockery? A builder would find it cheaper to buy roadstone because of the labour content in moving the stuff.
dig a big hole and bury it,then put the 4 tons of soil in little bags in your trousers and walk around your local neighbourhood dropping it until its all gone!!
Try FreecycleUK (if you're in the UK?!) - you can offer it on there.
