How do i stop my neighbour from cutting off a sill from my conservatory on my land?

Question:they have also taken down my fence which I have paid for.

Answers:
Call the police and take action against them.
They have no right to do this or anything else on your property. Why have you waited this long? Call them now.

Have you asked them not too? That's where I would start. If they say no, ask them why and explain your position. If they still say no, tell them that you are going to to take legal action. If they are stupid, this probably still won't help and the police may be the next step.

Invite all your freinds round for a garden party and let it spill over the imaginary boundary.

Buy some cows and goats to keep the grass down.

Build a hideous observatory and invite the local grafitists around to paint it.

Buy in some manure for the roses and dump it about half way between the properties - offer him as much as he wants.

You'll get on really well after that lot - have fun.
move to another location
well maybe since u did nothing about the fence he thinks he can do whatever. tell him to replace the fence or u will see him in court ( and bring your land survey to prove it's your property) then if he continues w/ the other thing, call the fuzz. don't be afraid to stand up to this bully!
but check your land survey to be sure, b/c he may be right.
