Anyone else put the heating on these chilly nights?
Question:I've natural gas and have usually switched over to make it heat the water only but not the radiators by early june
Good few times though since I've actually had to turn on the radiators to heat the house this summer

we are the same ,summer time and the heating is back on only for a few hours.
I live in SoCal where it is hot as the devil's breath during the day, but on chilly nights I've had to light a fire, bbbrrrrr!
I wish I could say I have to.
It's been around a 98 degrees here each day for the past 4 and very humid.No relief in site till after tomorrow.
No problem with heating bills here,only hydro.

i will tell you what to do my friend make yourself a large mug of tea fill a glass up with scotch and get under the duvet in bed and watch eastenders on the vidio you missed last week.
While the weather is rainy most of the time i dont think you would need central heating put on a warm coat/ jacket / or whatever .

Join the Shiverers Club. I also have resorted to turning heating on in the evening. As a matter of fact did exactly that about half hour ago. Cant stand to get out of bath in chilly room.
Not the heating but I have put on my heated blanket in bed a few times in June and July. Sad old bird I am ! The dog is not too keen, he sleeps occasionally on my bed and finds it too hot with the blanket on. Gives me more room..
