Will same stone (brick) as neighbor reduce house value?

Question:Please help reply to a couple questions. In a neighborhood of 40 homes priced from $500,000 to $1,000,000 with a pretty good mix of styles and colors, would you notice a home that has the same stone (brick) as a home two doors down (different windows, soffit, facia) and would it lower the value of the two homes? Would you notice what features are the same between homes on the same street or is the inside of the home more important?

Answers:
I would notice it if I was looking for it. Most people are looking for an address.

Might notice it was the same, but i look at that sort of thing. I dont think it would reduce the value, especially as the homes age, and with the differences in landscaping between the two, it will become less and less noticeable. no biggie :)
