remove what is attracting the birds. I've tried all the repellants and such but found when I moved the pet food away from the area the birds followed it and rested on other areas less annoying. The birds wont learn straight away but eventually they stopped resting on the furniture.
This will sound strange but, One of my customers had told me this, hang cd's around the area the birds are sitting, not on walls but hanging off of something like, trees, roof awning etc. Just like getting rid of pesty flies, nats & fruit flies etc.. hang tied up baggies filled w/ water, this one i know works cus, I was having problems w/ fruit flies around my bar area at work so i did it and yes, it worked . Worth a try
do you have old cd's? drill and hang some around the area concerned, they keep them away bec the cd's produce sounds(only heard by birds) when blown by the wind. they say it works, just give it a try.
Take a couple of balloons, tie them to a long string, tack them to them area. The wind will move them, creating movement, and scare the birds away. Regards-Bob.
Lots of people use fake stuffed owls and no birds or squirrels will even come near
a toy snake... a natural predator to birds.
