Regarding my 3 feet pool?
Question:i got me a 3 feet pool in my back yard and my land lord told me i have to get rid of it because if some kid was to jump over my fence and drowned then they can sue him and his house insurance will go up.
I'm trying to talk him out of it since my centreal cooler system anit working and its been over a "YEAR"since they try to fix it. I need a whole new cooler system and he said he dont want to pay, that his home owner insurance need to cover it. Its been a whole year with this problem and they said they will fix it, But when?
..What do u think about that?

Tell him to jump in the lake.
Since he owns the property, he can impose his will on what can be there. Maybe you can talk a deal on swapping the pool for a working AC system.
