I'm moving to Exeter in September and will need to rent a place, how soon should i start looking?

Question:also can anyone recommend good agents or places to look for properties, either local to exeter or national.

Answers:
I live in devonshire. Exeter is quite an expensive area, and
community charge is like wise. Also it can be very busy!
Lots of holiday homes here, this keeps the prices up.
Perhaps you were thinking of renting a couple of rooms.?
Tap the following into your search engine and log onto rental
>Rightmove.co.uk< or >primelocation.com<
Good luck!

I would start looking as soon as you have the money together for a deposit. Contact agents and tell them when your looking to move and if anything comes in anytime in the 6wks leading to this that you would be interested.
I live in Exeter. You can pick up a room pretty quick. The local paper (Express and Echo) is pretty good for that or look on the web. I would give it at least a month.
I had that problem over the ummer two years ago
My advice is leave it nearer the time then saty at a bed and breakfasts for a week and make lots of appointments for viewing

here's a web site
