i think u mean the lizards inside home and not garden lizard ! then use normal napthalene balls in places and nooks and corners to get rid of them ! i guarantee that you will not find one after say a week ! coz i have shear experince of my self in this regard !
I was troubled with cocroaches everywhere. Only one thing could get rid of it. That is fumigation using formalin and potassiam permanganate. It will destroy every kind of pest. But if you do not know how to do it a very dangerous thing to do.

Ive tried egg shells, they dont work ! Not in India anyway, maybe American egg shells work against American lizards. I agree with another reader - Get a Cat, this really works, no jokes, cats love chasing cockroaches, lizards,basically anything smaller than them which moves ! Lizards are basically harmless, they control mosquitos to some extent. If you use pesticide sprays, please remember that all the pretty moths and butterflies will also die, so try and avoid that. Ive noticed that lizards are quite fond of food crumbs that have accidentally dropped off my plate when sometimes I eat in the balcony, so maybe if you could keep some breadcrumbs or something like that in a corner, all the lizards would congregate there and you could shoo them away?
