u actually ate them??ew... thats so gross..anw, i suggest u buy some anti-ant stuff like ants spray, n theres some ant poison on sale to .. if u spot ants just kill if with a tissue press it hard!

get an ant "hotel" thing... they seem to work.. also i bought this spry that was for roaches & ants (weird combo I know) but spray it directly on them & they will die. that might help.. also you can buy stuff and spray around both the inside and outside of your house and it will keep alot of "pests" from coming in.. *I got it at my local hardware*

Chances are the ants are seeking water in the home and a trusted barrier product such as Ortho Ant in the mounds and trails should do it. I had them too and I used a small bowl placed near the colony kept them satisfied and out of the house.
