Not enough information. What size is your family? What are your needs? What are your long term plans? Since you didn't mention price I won't go on with questions about that.
What rooms are "nice large rooms"? BR's then living area isn't as spacious, if living area is then are bed rooms small? Which can you live with?
I could go on and on with questions and very little answers. My wife and I have a 4,200 ft2 house with four BR's and still think I need more room. Our first house was 973 ft2 and we were in heaven. Then came kids, accumulation of crap we needed a bigger house every few years. Then the kids move out and we can't consolidate. Why is that? Oh sorry now I'm asking a question. Al gore and his wife live in a 24,000 ft2 house and I'll bet you he sometimes thinks it's too small.
You get my drift, more info less guessing on the answer. Besides this is one you have to answer yourself.
