Drain Buster?

Question:Has anyone ever purchased the Drain Buster? That's the item that shoots air through the pipes to get rid of clogs.
If you have ever used 1 how'd it do?

I have used hoses for the same purpose and it worked fairly well about half the time, the problem is when the clog is past the vent line, can't build up enough pressure.
