I have lived in the same house for 14 years without a tenancy etc. I now have 2 move. Do i have any rights?

Question:

Answers:
I think you do, even if it's squatters rights. Don't move out but go down to your local citizens advice bureau a.s.a.p or if you can afford it get a solicitor. There was a story of a homeless guy who squatted in a abandoned house for something like 20 years and when the homeowner took him to court the judge awarded the house to the squatter and it was worth quite a bit. Good luck Hun.

Not sure of your laws. Here, no contract equals no rights. Sorry.
You have got rights ,check with your local council .
If you have been renting & not being evicted for cause (noise problems, lease violations, non-payment, etc), you will still have to move but should be entitled to 30-day notice, even if your lease had expired & you were on a month-to-month tenancy.
squatters rights, screw the council, stay put n go see the citizens advice place.. theyre brilliant
