San Diego Only - Where is a place I can take my kitchen knives to be professionally sharpened?
Question:I want to take my set of kitchen knives to be sharpened somewhere in San Diego. What kind of price do they charge for this service?

I used to live in San Diego, well Poway to be exact. There was a place in Mira Mesa Mall next to a shoe store. Sorry that is all I remember. Hope I helped somewhat.
It isn't the large mall by the highway. It is a smaller stripe mall down Mire Mesa Blvd on the right. There was an Albertos, I miss alot, tace shop by it. I think the mall is across from a Red Lobster. Sorry, dude, it's been over 5 years since I moved away.

It depends on what brand they are, if run of the mill look in the Yellow Pages. If the knives are CUTCO, very few people know of this, but they will sharpen and recondition them for FREE you just pay shipping charges. You can look this up on their web site
Ask a hairdresser. They have their scissors sharpened frequently and know what they are doing.
