throw parties every night, be as loud as you can possibly be, have screaming matches with your roommates, tp their house, put forks in their lawn when it's cold and tear off the tips so they can't pull them out, be as annoying and rude as you can possibly be! (:
Buy some chickens and roosters and let them run around your yard. Walk around your yard, yell incoherently that the fowl, while drinking a Papst. Do this long enough and they'll leave
rape the neighbor's wife? the husband will want to move, the wife wil lwant to move and call the cops, and you'll get a free brand new home in the jail, with new neighbors!
Tell them your a undercover terrorist. :)
Play very loud and obnoxious music late at night, run around your lard naked, post signs in your yard that say "We don't want ya'll here"...etc etc.
dump your trash on their lawn and steal there lawn gnomes (they will eventually move) :-D
well, my brothers house is really LOUD all the time, hes always having the music blarin and ALOT of partys and our neighbors just moved..so maybe that will work..lol=] good luck
When your at home do everything nude & leave the windows open. Try out some backyard nuding too, and don't be afraid of the taboo. If that doesn't get them out then it's probably best that you move. I mean who'd want to live around sickos like that?

Either move or call the DEA and say that your neighbor is a major drug dealer and they are growing pot in their house.
1. Get everything thing in your house in order.
2. Keep a journal of everything they violate.
3. Call the cops and or HOA on every legitimate violation. You may need to call on every third violation, but when you do take out your journal and give them the past two things also.
Things to call on (but make sure you're in compliance so they can't retaliate.)
Lawn is too long or weeds.
Trees that need pruning (this can be a hazard to other property)
Trash can out at the wrong times.
Sheds, swamp coolers, AC units and/or Dishes that aren't in compliance.
Cars/trucks with business logos parked in the wrong zone.
Cars/trucks that aren't registered or aren't running. (Write down how long it's been since the car moved.)
Drug Abuse, or under age drug or alcohol abuse. If the person is under 18, no cigarettes, under 21 no alcohol.
If you seem them leaving with a road beer, call in a DUI. Same if you know they've driven home drunk.
Find out what the noise ordinances are in your area. Call on all of them. Music, motorcycle and car engines, lawn mowers and parties, call.
Make sure you keep a journal. If they decide to retaliate you have the documentation.

we built a 10 foot high privacy fence, their other neighbors built an 8 ft fence. We called the cops on them for everything we could, called the health department, sociall services. we even found out the guy was abusing his insurance, took pictures of him building a porch, and turned him in. he moved out after he had enough. that and i told him he was a redneck pig. - no offence to rednecks, i like most of them.
When you get your best answer and proof that it works, please share with me... I have some that I would love to get rid of .. legally . with no risk of a capital sentence attached!
