Is it illegal to sit on rooftops?
Question:Okay, so we recently just got new windows put in-- the screen slides back as well as the glass. I have the perfect view of the sunset, and it'd be lovely to see it on a rooftop-- but is it illegal? Do people even do that?

i highly doubt it's illegal, as long as its your roof top meaning your not trespassing or causing a liability
