What is the best way to rid a garden of Asian Beetles?

Question:We have a very large garden in our home that includes various vegetables and perrenials. The Asian Beetles have been infesting the plants and are eating them. Are there any ways to be rid of them long-term, and, possibly with as few harsh chemicals as possible?

Answers:
just buy some japanese beetle traps!

i am from western pa and we have a ton of asian beetles every summer and they can be a pain in the garden.

beetle bags are the most efficent and can be found at lowes or wal mart. no chemicals you have to deal with. put the metal stake in the ground and attatch the bag to the stake. the beetles flock to the bag because of its scent and be taken care of. i put these bags next to my peach tree and the beetles are gone within a day.

you can use spray on methods but if you have vegetables and such you are right...you may want to stay away from harsh chemicals. here is a link to a beetle trap...this beetle trap as shown on the link is the trap i buy every year at lowes and wal mart.

You have to put down Milky Spore treatment and grub control. That will kill the beetles when they are in the grub stage. As at your lawn and garden center.
Ring Deportation.. They will get rid of your asian critters.

Hehehehe.

Hope i didnt get anyones knickers in a knot there. Sorry if so!
