Which air cooler should I buy?

Question:I live in east bay area. I cant use A/C in my apt, so thinking of buying air cooler. My room is abt 300-350 sq. feet. There are lot of brands and models available, which one should I buy? If not a specific brand, what feature should I look for when buying??
