Have you considered installing them yourself? Depending upon the size and number of windows you have, it could be quite costly to pay to have them installed.

I'm not sure where you live but sometimes contractors warehouse in Columbus have decent prices on things. Also you can try Lowe's and Home Depot. Not sure of your location but if you live close to me I have a friend who installs windows and doors for a big company and he also does it as a side job he might be able to get the windows at cost.
