We are having a problem with nats, or fruit flys, the house is clean, there is nothing that they could be?
Question:feeding on, what the hell?! Is there anything that kills them on the market? Or a remedy?

I had that problem once also. I finally found the source. Two rotten onions hiding where I store mops, brooms and whatever.
any potted plants around the house? If they are localized around a sourse, see if you can cover them with a giant bell jar. fruit flys have a short lifespan so the death comes quick.
If they are fruit flies in the house put vinegar in a the bottom of a jar or bottle. Make a funnel with a piece of paper and they will fly in and be unable to come back out. Hope it works!
