Do you know about the rules for the visit by a real estate agent?
Question:I rent an appartement but now it's on sale, so every day I have some visit and also saturday at 10am. I really want to sleep and do what ever I want, It's not my house anymore.! Can I do something legal to have more intimity?

You can set up a schedule when agents can visit. You have first rights to the place as long as it remains unsold and you are still paying your rent. So when they phone to say they are coming over, tell them it's not convenient and give them an alternative.
Bottom line is you can't deny them access, but they have to be reasonable about respecting your rights too.
You don't own the house, so that is really tough. Could you ask the owner?
Also, I would hate to sound manipulative, but could you tell the agent that you will have everything extra clean and neat on Saturdays if they will not bring anyone over b4 12.. and then stand by your word
