How do I get rid of a fly in my house quickly?
Question:It flies too quickly for me to swat it and it won't go out the door.
Answers:
I heard on my local news station on a weekend show that spraying flies with hairspray will kill them.

Try one of those sticky fly traps, you can get one at walmart, nothing pleases me more than to see a nasty fly stuck to one of those begging for it's life..LOL
Just keep on trying usually they fly to a window, that's when you can usually trap them, because they just keep bouncing all over the window trying to fly out. That's when you can either spray them with raid or swat them.
Open a door to the outside, shut off the lights inside -- if it is night turn on the porch light. It should fly right out. If you can put some nasty smelling stuff on the porch it may lure it out faster.
Zap it with hair spray. I can't have insecticide in my house because of allergy.

1. Place SEMTEX in central part of house
2. Wire and install timing/detonator device
3. Set timer and move to New Hampshire.
Obviously this answer is silly. So is the question. Please don't try to find SEMTEX or any other type of explosive. I was just being sarcastic.
Is this a really powerful fly? Just swat it and forget about it!
