Why did the garbage people not take the carpet?
Question:The other day my neighbors had some carpet that they cleaned out of their house and the garbage people wouldn't take it, so we offered them to put it in the dumpster in our driveway that we were using because we were re-doing our bathroom. Then today, the people who came to take the dumpster took out the carpet and took everything else. Why is this? It's so stupid!

Good question, but maybe they have a place where they can only dump the materials from your bathroom, etc. that you were throwing out. Call them & ask them why they didn't take the carpeting.
It looks like they remember the carpet being at your neighbor's and they know you were trying to get them to take it by putting it in your dumpster. I know, where has good service gone?
