Is wiring a modular home any different than wiring a stick built?

Question:just curious?

Answers:
The simplest difference is that each module of the modular home is wired in the factory and then the connections need to be finalized on the assembly day (when the big crane pieces the home together). A stick built is wired in one process after the frame is built. There are some equipment differences since the modular home is pieced together. But most people will not realize any difference.

The modular home will be built to the local building code of the final destination. Here is a list of the building codes for the US http://www.modulartoday.com/modular-buil...

All wiring in houses have to follow the NEC or National Electric Code. The connections between the halves are normally done with a special connector that has been approved for that use.I know af no other differences between the two. With electricity it's right or it totally wrong.
yes there are diferences as to what types of conduit and connectors, many specifically made and used for modular
