How much does it cost to build a Lowe's Katrina Cottage?

I am a Lowe's employee. I asked one of my Comercial Sales Specialist about this very subject. I was looking at the KC1807 (which is the biggest) and he said for materials, labor, and other items to bring it up to code (in California) that it would run approximately $80,000+. The blueprints cost $700, however, after you spend $20,000 in materials you can get a $700 giftcard via mail-in rebate.
