Does anyone have or could recommend a good toaster oven?

Question:Every one that I have purchased in the past few months, I have been dissapointed with. Last night when using mine I had a potholder on top of it and they were completely black and charred!! So, I need one that stays completely cool on top,doesnt take up alot of space (limited space in kitchen) and dont want to spend an arm and a leg on it. Thanx!
