My daughter is being infested with flies and found larvae & the pest control co said they don't treat.what is?

Question:She had found these roly poly bug like things in her carpet , then the flies...she kills a few and more show up..the pest control had never heard of this and said they do not treat this. She has googled to find out what is happening and how she can take care of this...she has a fairly new home. Anyone have an idea?

there could be something dead in or under the house...

get rid of the carpet... start there...

you night have eggs in your carpet or a nest somwere.

Have the carpet cleaned. This should eliminate the problem.
