I need advice about growing bush cucumbers!!?
Question:i bought 6 plants from home depot and put 2 in each pot and set in a triangular fromation. it has been sevrel weeks and now i have cucs about 2-6'' and alot of little ones(under an inch). the large cucs, however are missshapen. what should i do? the wedsites say throw them away but i'm not sure. please help me!!!!!

Why does the web-site say to "throw them away"? Have you cut it open to see if there is something wrong with the cucumber? Many times Cukes have different shapes because of their growing conditions. I would cut it open, see if it looks okay in the middle, smell it, (your nose can tell you allot) then take a SMALL piece and try it. After that I would make sure that I take the cukes from the bush at a smaller size. Don't forget that there are different kinds of cucumbers, pickle-ling which just in that category there are many different sizes and types, salad, seedless, english, just to name a few. Use your common sense when it comes to gardening, cut the vegetable open, look at it, smell it and then if all seems well, take a small taste. Feed them some bone meal, and trim off leaves and stems that aren't carying fruit by now
