Houseflies?

Question:i have a bunch of houseflies in my house(40 ish) how can i get ride of them

Answers:
Check to make sure that there's nowhere in the house that they're breeding. Even something as simple as a rotten potato in a bag or a dead mouse can be a foster a horde of the pests. There are battery operated fly-swats that can zap them in mid-air. If you're using a regular swatter, you'll have better luck hitting a fly if you wave your other hand in the air at the same time you're swatting. Yes, I know it looks stupid, but it messes up the fly's avoidance reflex if it has input from two directions and it won't flit out of the way as easily.

You could use a fly swatter or purchase one of those sticky strips that you tack to your ceiling.
If you are going to be away from your home for a few hours, close your windows and spray with fly/insect spray. When you return they should be dead. Open your windows to air out you place.

I would also check to see if you have open or damaged window or door screens. Where and how are they getting into your house ?
A can of Flying Insect Spray should do the trick. But if you do not find the source, they will be back. Check for souring food, an open window or door, dog feces in the yard, etc.
