How do you get rid of black widow spiders?

Question:These nasty little bastards live all over my porch. I killed 4 or 5 of them this morning with wasp spray. I know they are black widows.you can clearly see the red hourglass markings on them. Is there anything I can put on my porch to keep them from coming back?

Got to Home Depot or Lowes and get some home defense spray in the lawn and garden section. Spray it all over the porch and three or four feet out into the yard. It will work, I use it all the time in Arizona. This stuff kills all bugs, spiders and scorpions. It may take a day or two for you to see results, and after about two weeks re-apply it. Then once a month should be fine to keep all unwanted spiders away.
