Is Duplex home convenient and suitable for a single family ?
Question:We own a space of 1800 SQ feet (including outer staircase and lift) & it may double up if we make Duplex home using the floor above.I have three daughters aged 15 , 12 & 3 .

The most fundamental aspect of a comfortable living is space. I assume that you have a total 5 family members, if not more. Growing up children, especially teens love to have their own spaces. And if you have guests, they can be taken care of too. With a dupleix, you can have space for a garden at the upper level. All you need to take care of is the security. The entrance(s) should be secured and not far from the centre.
More space to put stuff. I say go for it!
A duplex will suit everyone's needs. I've lived in several duplexes with three sons at the time & had no complaints. :)
Old people should live in the groundfloorand younger ones should go to first floor.It is excellent
