What flower seeds can you plant in a cup and then plant it into soil after it grows?

Question:

Answers:
Nasturtiums are good. I find them easy to grow and transplant and they are quite vigourous growers when in the soil. The also have the advantage of you being able to collect seeds from them when they finish flowering so you can save them for next year. You can keep deadheading them for most of the summer and then towards the end let the go to seed.

Marigolds work well.

Oh, and sunflowers do, too.
Zinnias
cosmos
periwinkles
alyssum
