Where do I find an honest person to do gardening?
Question:I need someone to do weeding in my garden and keep it looking nice. i live in Stapleton Alabama

I don't know how big your area is...I'd suggest asking neighbors and coworkers if they can recommend someone. If there's a local gardening club, society give them a call. Also, if there's a training program for young gardeners at the local high school or community college, you should contact them.

Ask your friends and co-workers if they have a gardener and if they are satisfied then call that person.
Find someone in your neighborhood with a really nice garden and ask them if they would like to make a few bucks.

I agree with Carol B and tabu ... Using referrals won't guarantee you anything but I think it's better than blindly choosing any tom dick or harry. but that's just my opinion
