Should I trust online real estate price for houses? (California)?

Question:

Answers:
online prices are guestimates. a professional agent would help you better. but, beware, that 6% fee for listing and selling. if you list for 500,000 and sold, agent fee would be 30,000. but if they sell for say, 450,000, their fee would be 27,000, so you lose fifty thousand, but they sell fast and only get three thousand less. there are classes you can take on this at your local community college. good luck

Of course not. Their information is not up to date and almost always wrong.
Ask a real estate agent. What do you need to know? Maybe I can help.
I live in California and all the internet prices are misleading especially in this market. Always look before you buy and have a realtor run comps they usually will for free.
You should trust nothing in california. Please don't come to Idaho when you sell it. If you hafta ask about trust you are NOT Qualified to enter Idaho. Attitude matters here over money. We welcome your $$$.....You can keep your Cali attitude. Everybody wants outa Cali. We already got enuf Cali here. May I suggest Ariz, Or NM, Maybe Fla? Think Nebraska..Go someplace else.
