Check the web for restoration companies specializing in reproduction replacement fixtures or search for the company itself and see if they may still be in business.
One can only assume that these items have been safety tested by a corgi registered person? If so, then I would not hold out much hope of getting any spares from any where. If not, then I would be getting them checked on were I in your place.
