I recently planted garlic in my herb garden. How do I know...?

Question:when it is fully grown and ready to be pulled/dug out?

Answers:
Hello

Well, the tops of the garlic leaves will begin to lighten up and some of the foliage will look sort of like it's dieing. Most garlic plants then to mature anywhere between 180 days to 210 days. Harvesting one bulb around this time and counting the wrapper leaves (the layers around the bulb itself) is a deffinet bet. It should have roughly 3-5 wrapper leaves. Goodluck and enjoy.
