Please help! too cold!?

Question:okay i have a 3 foot pool and about 8 feet wide. i have been trying to heat it up all day. its not ice cold but i can only go in until my waist then its too cold. its been outside in the sun for two days now. how can i make my pool warmer? i already tried putting 10 big buckets of hot water and it didnt make too much of a difference. my mom says no more hot water. help! how can i make it hotter without my mom seeing me?

find a pool shoppe, there is floating fish filled with a liquid that when put in you pool disolves and make a clear solar cover on your water, keeps in the heat its harmless and non- toxic about 10 dollars a fish
