Looking for the best way to get the ants in my yard to move away..?

Question:I'm looking for the most effective and if there is an enviromentally friendly way to get the ant mounds out of my yard. It seems I have a variety of them camping out. Some of the mounds are large, while others are small but scattered closely throughout my front and back yard. I have a four year old daughter and we want to make sure she is safe and not fearful of her surroundings. I understand that some consider my the yard the ants turf, but I'd rather them go find another home site other than my yard..

Answers:
A safe quick fix is to pour a large pot of boiling water on the hill.
