How much should a 800 sq ft deck using treated pine and has railing around it cost?

IT is really hard to say just using SQ ft on a deck. If you give the size, length X width and the cost of lumber in your area then it would be easier.
When I build one If it is a 12' long deck the you can buy 12' lumber without cutting. So you can add how many boards you need to go across the deck. The railing is a little harder. What kind? I usually add about the same as the floor for the railing but it can be twice as much depending on the style. I know this isn't much help but we would need a lot more info to give you a better answer.
If you live near a home depot or a Lowes, you can give them your size and they can tell you real close.
