Nuisance neighbours?

Question:we have new people on the corner of our road who are nothing but trouble.
the kids are a nightmare to be honest, they stick large pieces of wood in the drains in the road to see if a car will hit it, they have tied a piece of string across the pavement to watch people trip over it, and they are constantly abusive and violent to any other kid who walks past them.
they assualted my sons friend tonight and the police were called by his parents .
i know that they have been rehoused by the council as they caused so much trouble at their old address.
who do i need to complain to about them as they really are becoming a pain and i dont see why we should have to put up with them.
there is an elderly couple who live in the house joined on to them, they have lived in their house for about 50 years , but now say they want to move as they cant handle the people next door. they constantly run through their garden and shout obsenaties at them.
we all want them out.

Sounds like you need to get up a petition and take it to your local council. In addition you could also give them copies of Police reports.
