Help! i have white roaches in my home?!?

Question:Okay im p!ssed to the extreme, i know that commercial properties are bound to have tons of insects but we recently found out that our apartment has a roach infestation problem, im writing a letter of complaint right now while typing(lol i know crazy) but i clean and clean to the point of vacuuming 3times per day- YES 3TIMES! i have a 14months old, and i dont even want2 get into details of what happened to him on 2 occasions involving roaches, but i spoke with our apartment manager countless times and she had the nerve to brush it off and tell us we'll be fine! anywhos we've been seeing these white roaches, we thought they were parasites at first but we've seen so many, they look exactly like all the common roaches only white, we call them "Albino" only 'cause we thought theyd have a name like that, since scientist usually give some species names like that, but ive searched all over the net and i cant find anything that says there's such a thing! Someone please tell me do they exist?!

Answers:
They are cockroaches. What you are seeing are roaches tha have just molted. As roaches gow, they shed their shells. The new shell is white until it hardens. If you are seeing them, the infestation is severe. Usually, they stay hidden until the new shell hardens. Seeing them indicates extreme crowding and food competition.

Whatever the apartment management and previous exterminators are doing isn't working. With a 14 month old baby in the home great care has to be taken with ANY treatment done in your apartment. The exterminator should be using a combinatin of active pesticides(kill them now sprays), baits(they eat and share them and die later) and Insect growth regulators, or IGR's( they disrupt the growth hormones in young roaches causing sterility). Anything less than this combination won't ever solve the problem. And every apartment in the building MUST be treated on the same day. Othewise the roaches will just move to a safe area, like the next apatment.

Use extreme caution in any treatment you do yourself. Only spray areas the baby can't get into, like under sinks. Use roach baits like COMBAT or RAID. Be sure to keep them out of babies reach also. Keep complaining to management. Keep a record of your complaints and any exterminator treatments performed. Start looking for a new place to live. The records of the problem might save you a LOT of hassles and money if you break the lease. They can be used as evidence in your favor in court.

white roaches?no sounds like silver fish
Ok, I have never ever heard of white roaches, and I am not sure that Albinos occur outside of mammals. I initially thought you had to be talkin about laravae and the article below confirms that you are talkin bout baby cockroaches.

What you need to do is go to the store and buy insect bombs you place one in each room and pull the plug it will release noauces gases killing all the insects. Just make sure you and your baby are not in the house when you set them off. Read the instuctions because they can take several hours.
No such thing as white roaches. And if there was an albino roach as you claim they would not be hundreds of them in one location it is impossible. Sounds more like silver fish. But just so you know if you do have roachs you can have the cleanest home and they will still come around. I lived in a brand new home I am very anal about cleaning as I have a terminally ill daughter and now 14 month old son and I do the white glove test in my own home no food outside of the kitchen the kitchen is cleaned after EVERY meal (3 times a day) floor swept 3 times a day and mopped daily and like you I vacuum daily up to 2-3 times a day if I need to but still we had a few roachs its a common problem in most homes in the south. Instead of complaining and cleaning call in your own exterminator and have your place sprayed, send the bill to your land lord, though they are under NO obligation to pay it.
