I suggest you look at the work of the pioneering garden designer Gertrude Jeckyll - she was the first person to design a whole white garden. Her work might inspire you.
there are some truley stunning choices for a white garden, your choices will be greater if you choose an area that is full sun to part shade. there are many traditional colored flowers that come ina white hybrid, some suggestions are--white iris, white day lillies, yucca plant, snow in winter, shasta or siberian daisy, white roses, white impatients, musk mallow, astilbe, hosta just to name a few, ive even seen a white delphinium. ithink that since you are doing a monochromatic garden, that foliage is going to play a big part to give visual stimulation. good luck, and have fun
Snow in Summer is truly lovely spreading plant
that gives small white flowers in abundance.
Then move to the antartic.

If it is slightly damp in the garden then a Zantedeschia aethiopica is a beautiful white lily (commonly known as the Arum Lily, but not related to the species of plants known as Arums) It's a very stately plant, grows to about 1 metre in height. Is a perennial so will come back year after year. Is clump forming to, so you can divide it every few years. And has pure white lily type flowers, with big lance shaped dark glossy green leaves.
you just have to look for distrubuters ! from plastic !to real
stuff ! bushes ! tables ! stones ! even coloured water !
white is good ! but look out for leaves, trees around you
when it rains you have this green stuff everwhere !
