Does puting a worm in the avg volt stop it from doing damage? and once its in the volt wot do i do then?

No problem, once a worm or virus has been put in the vault it is isolated and cannot harm your computer. You should leave it a couple of weeks and if the computer is running alright you can safely delete it. Hope this helps.
